A private club will be built in 2009 in an area of Phase IV that everyone agrees is the one of the nicest parts of the park. There are several trees around this site with a large clear, grassy spot next to the creek just off of the main road. The club will be built on columns since it is in the flood plane of the creek so, the second story will afford views of the surrounding area. Outside decks will be built on each side where members can watch yard games (volleyball, horseshoes, etc.) below. Of course, t.v.'s with satellite reception will also be available to watch sports events! Picnic tables will be placed on the ground level slab, in the shade of the club overhead, for outside dining, also. |
