Park
office is located at the north entrance. It is open for business between 8:00
a.m. and 6:00 p.m. DO NOT pay any fees to individual(s) other than park
management located at the office. For late arrivals, an after hours drop and
envelopes are provided for fees. Notify the office immediately in case of an
emergency. Please call 911 for after hours emergencies (park address is 18397
FM 709N in
Dawson, Texas). Local authorities will be called to
enforce these rules if it becomes necessary.

- "If
you are out to have a good time, have one, but don't be
stupid and ruin it for others trying to do the same!"
- Ultra
Hog Heaven assumes that all of our guests are ladies and
gentlemen until demonstrated otherwise. Please conduct yourself
accordingly.
- Ultra
Hog Heaven MCRD Park & Campground reserves the right
to revise these rules to facillitate the best interests
of ALL guests and the park.
- Non-adherence
to these rules may result in the immediate expulsion of
a guest from Ultra Hog Heaven without refund of any fees
paid.
- Absolutely
NO ATV’s, dirt bikes, four wheelers, trucks or automobiles,
unless pulling an RV, are allowed inside Ultra Hog Heaven
MCRD Park & Campground.
- All
motorcycles and RV’s MUST be parked in designated areas,
not on the grass or other open areas. See Ultra Hog Heaven
management for parking of any other vehicles.
- DO
NOT ride across open ground or other sites. Always use the
designated roadways.
- The
10 MPH speed limit is posted and is strictly enforced.
- Alcoholic
beverages may be consumed only at cabins, campsites and
RV spaces. Public intoxication or the use of any illegal
substance will not be tolerated!
- Absolutely
no firearms may be discharged nor fireworks ignited in the
park.
- Ultra
Hog Heaven is not responsible for any loss by fire, water,
wind, theft, accident or any other cause whatsoever.
- Campfires
are permitted only in designated grills, fire pits, or rings. Gathering
of firewood is prohibited.
No fire shall be left unattended.
Campfires
are not permitted if the county has instituted a “burn ban”
(look for the red burn ban flags at the park entrances and
the county barn located
on FM 709N north of Highway 31 in Dawson).
- Maximum
number of guests per RV space is 6, bunk cabin is 8, large
cabin is 4, small cabin is 2 and tent
site is 2.
- Maximum
number of camping tents per tent site is 1.
- RV's
may not share a space.
- Quiet
hours begin at 10:00 p.m. and end at 7:00 a.m.
- Visitor
and day use hours begin at 8:00 a.m. and end promptly at 10:00 p.m.
- No
guests under 21 years of age are permitted unless accompanied
by a responsible adult supervisor. Minors between 12 and
21 are allowed admittance to Ultra Hog Heaven as long as
there is at least one supervising adult for each minor.
No
guests under 12 years of age are permitted.
- Rubber
gaskets must be used for RV septic hook-ups.
- No
clotheslines, tarp tents, screens, temporary or homemade
structures of any kind are permitted.
- ALL
garbage must be placed in plastic bags, tied and deposited
in a trash barrel, or dumpster. Plastic bags and ties are
located at trash barrels.
- All
sites must be kept clean at all times. Only ONE request
will ever be made to clean a site.
- Washing
of any vehicles, trailers or R.V.'s within the park is strictly
prohibited.
- No
"For Sale" signs are allowed.
- Due
to the ongoing drought conditions and considerable cigarette
debris being deposited all over the grounds, smoking is allowed in designated
areas only. No smoking is permitted in all other areas of Ultra Hog Heaven MCRD Park
& Campground, especially all of the buildings. Special,
designated smoking areas with butt receptacles are provided
for your use. Please use them to keep the fire
hazard and trash problem under control.
PET
RULES (We LOVE all animals. However, we will enforce these rules!)
- Each
site has a two pet limit.
- The
designated pet relief area on the hill by the office must
be used for your pet. Plastic gloves and scoops are available
for owners to pick up after their pet.
- All
pets must be kept on a leash whenever outside.
- Walking
your pet is permitted but allowing them to relieve themselves
outside of the designated pet relief area is unacceptable. Plastic gloves and scoops are available for “accidents”.
- Solid
pet waste must be deposited in the covered and lined barrels
at the pet relief station.
- Constant,
or frequent, barking will not be tolerated.
- Pets
may not be left unattended outside.
- Please
do not allow your pet to go into a neighbor’s site.
- Pets
must not dig holes anywhere in the park.
- Pets
are not allowed in any of the Ultra Hog Heaven MCRD Park
& Campground buildings.
- Please
be considerate of those who may not be animal lovers.
