The Exhibit Area A spaces are located adjacent to the Ultra Hog Garage.  Exhibit Area B swap meet spaces are located behind the Ultra Hog Heaven Camp Store.  All exhibit spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING, SELLING AND TRADING

  • Ultra Hog Heaven management reserves the right to deny any items being displayed or offered for sale.
  • Vendors may present used items in their exhibit space.   However, all items must be reasonably clean prior to arrival unless approved otherwise.  Absolutely NO cleaning will be allowed on-site. “Reasonably clean” will be at the sole determination of Ultra Hog Heaven management.
  • RESTRICTIONS: The following items are restricted and may not be displayed or offered for sale, or trade, without prior permission.  It is our intent to limit SAME/SIMILAR products. 
    • To protect all Food & Beverage and T-Shirt vendors, sales of these items by vendors is allowed only after Ultra Hog Heaven management has been provided with a full description of these items and has approved sale of same for a vendor space. If you fail to get prior WRITTEN permission to sell these items in your exhibit space, you will be asked only once to remove them from your display. Non-compliance may result in expulsion of the offending exhibitor from the event and NO refund will be issued for the offending vendor space.
    • The following items are strictly prohibited: Alcoholic beverages, drugs and drug paraphernalia, guns, non-utility knives or weapons of any kind.
  • Any material considered pornographic, at the sole determination of Ultra Hog Heaven management.
  • The Ultra Hog, Ultra Hog Heaven and Ultra Hog Hut logos, trademarked names, initials or copyrighted art work on any merchandise items at Ultra Hog Heaven. Anyone using the Ultra Hog logos, trademarked names, or offering any UHH merchandise for sale without authorization may be escorted off the premises and the illegal merchandise will be confiscated as evidence.
  • If you are camping overnight at the event, the Ultra Hog Heaven Park & Campground facilities are available at a discounted rate.  If your support vehicle has sleeping space, you are required to obtain WRITTEN permission to utilize it in your space prior to set-up. Sorry there are no hook-ups at vendor spaces, other than some with electricity, available. No tents will be allowed other than at sites in the Ultra Hog Heaven Park & Campground. The facilities there include restrooms and showers. A primitive RV only area, other than the spaces in the Ultra Hog Heaven Park & Campground, will be available. Sorry there are no hook-ups available for RV’s using this area.   Unless part of vendor display, all automobiles and trucks used to transport products must be moved to the designated parking area.  Prior WRITTEN approval to leave such vehicles on-site must be obtained from Ultra Hog Heaven management.
  • All exhibits that include trailer tongues, goosenecks, ramps, awnings, etc. must fit within the rented space.
  • Exhibit spaces will not be reserved until a one hundred and no/100 dollars ($100.00) deposit is received. Of the one hundred and no/100 dollars ($100.00) deposit, fifty and no/100 dollars ($50.00) will be applied toward the space rental and fifty and no/100 dollars ($50.00) will be applied toward a refundable cleaning deposit. Vendor set-up will be on Thursday from 9am until 5pm. If you require a commercial canopy for your space, please contact us no later than two weeks before the event to ensure we are able to meet your needs and schedule the set-up.
  • Exhibitors may sell their items on Friday 8AM to 10PM, Saturday 8AM to 10PM, and Sunday 9AM to 5PM.
  • Overnight security will be provided.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all trademarked items that you are selling are properly licensed. Licensing representatives may be on-site and have the right to confiscate unlicensed items.
  • Each vendor is responsible for paying any and all applicable taxes.
  • It is your responsibility to stay within the boundaries of your display area. Please pay careful attention to the front line of your display as the “walking” aisle is also a fire lane.
  • Vendors will be responsible for removing any trash in their area. This includes upon move-out at the end of the event. Trash cans are distributed throughout the vendor area. If trash is left in your area upon move-out, Ultra Hog Heaven retains the right to withhold the cleaning deposit and may refuse future vendor space rental. The cleaning deposit will be refunded upon acceptance of the space move-out conditions by Ultra Hog Heaven management. If the exhibitor has moved-out and departed, any refundable deposit will be mailed to the exhibitor’s address of record. Absolutely NO biological (such as RV waste) or chemical waste of any kind is permitted to be dumped on the ground in ANY area of Ultra Hog Heaven. Violators of this rule will be permanently barred from participating in any future events.  Vendors are responsible for the removal and proper disposal of such waste.
  • In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate in, or exhibit at, this event, by execution of the Vendor Application, you release and discharge Ultra Hog Heaven, its employees, agents or representatives and anyone else connected with the promotion or execution of this event from any and all liability resulting in damages, injuries or losses whatsoever that may result from exhibiting at, participating in or attending the event.
  • You agree to observe all rules set forth by Ultra Hog Heaven management for this event.  All decisions of Ultra Hog Heaven management are final. Foul language, aggressive behavior and offensive clothing or comments may be grounds for expulsion from the event.
  • Absolutely NO firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed on the event grounds.
  • Vendor Space, or any part thereof, cannot be transferred, or sublet, or permitted to be used by any other vendor. Absolutely no sharing of electricity with another Vendor's space is allowed.
  • FAILURE TO READ THESE TERMS WILL NOT BE GROUNDS FOR NOT ABIDING BY THE CONDITIONS HEREIN OR THE ASSUMPTION OF ANY LIABILITY BY ULTRA HOG HEAVEN, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES OR ANYONE ELSE CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION AND EXECUTION OF THIS EVENT WHATSOEVER.

    You are submitting an application for reservation of vendor space at Ultra Hog Heaven. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by Ultra Hog Heaven and will not hold Ultra Hog Heaven responsible for any damage or theft from your exhibit. Liability insurance is mandatory for each vendor and Certificates of Insurance must be received by Ultra Hog Heaven FROM YOUR INSURANCE AGENT no later than April 6, 2009 (FAX to:  214/853-5120  or mail to:  Ultra Hog Heaven, P.O. 1349, Argyle, Texas 75226. Certificates sent directly to Ultra Hog Heaven from Vendors are not acceptable.  Agents will be called for verification.  Your failure to provide proof of adequate insurance by deadline may result in forfeiture of any fees paid-in. You agree to leave your display set-up and operational throughout the duration of the event. Your failure to comply may result in refusal of future vendor space rental at Ultra Hog Heaven events.  You agree to allow your business name and product information to be used in Ultra Hog Heaven promotional material as an accepted vendor in the reserved event. You affirm that you have read the accompanying rules, agree to abide by the conditions set forth therein and your submittal of this online form is evidence of your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

    Privacy Policy:  Ultra Hog Heaven does NOT sell or provide information to any other companies or affiliates.

    Vendor applications will be accepted until April 6, 2009.   Final payment of booth space must be paid no later than 10 days in advance of the move-in date.  Any balances due for vendor space rental must be received in the Ultra Hog Heaven offices no later than April 6, 2009.  If booth space is cancelled less than 10 days from the start of the event, or the exhibitor does not show up, no refund will be given.  Refunds will be based on the time remaining between a confirmed cancellation date and the event start date.  If a cancellation is received over 60 days from event start date, 90% of deposit will be refunded; 46 - 60 days from event start date, 65% of deposit will be refunded; 31 - 45 days from event start date, 40% of deposit will be refunded; 11 - 30 days from event start date, 15% of deposit will be refunded; no refunds will be made if cancellation is received less than 10 days from the event start date.  No refunds for vendor space will be made after April 7, 2009, regardless of reason including the cancellation of the event due to weather. Instead, rain checks to be used for future events will be offered.  There will be a $50.00 minimum charge for all returned checks. If payment is not received at the Ultra Hog Heaven offices within ten (10) business days of receipt of your application, the application will automatically be deleted and your space reservation request will not be entered. Any checks not clearing the bank by April 15, 2009 may result in cancellation of space reservations.     SPECIAL COMMERCIAL VENDOR OFFER

    The first twenty (20) Commercial Vendor applications received and approved at the Ultra Hog Heaven offices will be given a twenty-five  per cent  (25%) discount on the their total Vendor fee amount, including the exclusive guarantee, if this option is selected. When the 20th application has been received and approved, fees will revert to the published amounts. Submit your application as soon as possible to receive this discount. Use the standard Vendor Application and online payment feature to pay the  Deposit and  Exclusive Guarantee amounts, if selected,  DO NOT use the online  Full or Balance Payment features. If you are among the first twenty applicants approved, an invoice will be generated and sent to the email address on your Application for the discounted balance. If you miss the discount, you will be notified immediately and may use the online Balance Payment feature. Good luck!

    Exclusive product guarantee must be selected upon submittal of application. A $200.00 fee for exclusive product guarantee (if selected) is due when Vendor application is submitted. If a similar product Vendor registers prior to your submittal, exclusive product guarantee will be refunded.  If the other Vendor did not request a guarantee,  you may choose  to continue to reserve or cancel your space.  We strongly suggest that you check the registered Vendor/product list prior to submitting your application. If you need a different size space,   please send an email message to us. Please be sure to read the Vendor Agreement and submit a completed Application to ensure that you have reserved your spot.

Exclusive guarantee is not available for swap meet spaces. When the 30th application has been received and approved, fees will revert to the published amounts.
